Shallom Adzo Abotsinah

Shallom Adzo Abotsinah is an accomplished Human Resources and Operations Executive with extensive experience in human resources management, business operations, policy development, personnel administration, employee relations, talent development, labour relations, managerial support, and organisational compliance.


Professional Qualifications and Training
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Coast, a Master of Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and an LLB from Wisconsin International University College, Accra. She is currently pursuing the professional law course at the Ghana School of Law, Accra.


Career Experience and Institutional Role

Shallom began her career as a project support analyst at TEKSOL Limited, where she supported software implementation projects, user manual development, client training, and presentations. Through diligence and leadership, she rose to the position of general manager/human resource manager and later served as chief operating officer of TEKSOL Group of Companies from 2016 to 2021. In that capacity, she designed and implemented operational strategies, supported expansion initiatives, and served as board secretary to the group company.
