Dr. Oppong holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he trained from 2017 to 2023. During his academic journey, he distinguished himself through excellence and received the Overall Outstanding Student award under the Sir John’s Excellence Award in 2018.

He has gained clinical exposure across several eye care institutions, including Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Plus Eye Care, Anglican Eye Clinic, and South Western Eye Clinic.
